What happens after you submit your feedback?
Once your feedback is received by our system, it will be scanned and redirected to an appropriate department. If you quoted that you are expecting a response in return, we will return the favor within three business days. In the case of a complaint, we often pass it to the manager for further action. We purpose to act accordingly in regards to complaints rapidly, at least within ten days.
